Our product has been inspected and tested and subject to the conditions of this warranty is guaranteed from the date of purchase for the duration of the warranty period specified herein against defects in workmanship, materials and finish.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality, and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
To claim, return to the place of purchase with the original receipt. Stefani Australasia reserves the right to decide whether to repair or replace the product. Expenses associated with the returning of the goods to the manufacturer are to be borne by the consumer. The manufacturer’s warranty does not alter in any way, the rights of the consumer under the relevant Act.
